Under ConstructionRC at CF Richmond Centre’s Phase 1 is home to 1,167 new residential units and 73,000 sq. ft. of private amenities, from state-of-the-art fitness studios to serene Sky Gardens. A new public plaza connects the development to the existing mall, featuring an additional 175,000 sq. ft. of new commercial space and 2,265 new underground and structured parking stalls for residents and the community.
