With a strong focus on execution, Daniel drives the daily progress of our projects by collaborating and overseeing the work of trades and suppliers, one project at a time. He plays a hands-on role in managing trade relationships, logistics, scheduling, and site safety.
Angela oversees our institutional portfolio, collaborating with clients and consulting partners on large-scale developments to optimize the design and function of the project in preparation for construction. Angela ensures that the design intent is translated to construction as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
John oversees estimating across a diverse portfolio of projects, guiding his team in developing accurate cost estimates. From detailed quantity take-offs to value engineering and tendering, he plays a lead role in shaping each project’s foundation during pre-construction.
With dual functions to her role, Julia plays a lead part in the project bidding process alongside our construction directors and estimating teams, while also managing our internal communications channels to keep our teams informed and connected across sites and offices.
Johan leads our growing US portfolio, overseeing project acquisition, operations, and project delivery in Seattle and Nashville. He is responsible for end-to-end project delivery—from pre-construction through completion—including for the recently completed award-winning REN tower in downtown Seattle.
Jessica plays a key role in embedding a safety-first culture into every phase of our projects. In close collaboration with the construction management team in Calgary, she helps ensure that safety protocols are consistently upheld—protecting both on-site personnel and the surrounding community.
As an integral part of our Operational Excellence (OPEX) team, Tahmid partners with our pre-construction and project delivery teams to provide expert technical leadership on how to optimize the design, construction and performance of building mechanical systems.
Andrew manages our company-wide financial systems, driving the optimization of our financial tools, processes, and workflows. These enhancements enable our site and office teams to work more effectively and efficiently together, while also ensuring accuracy of financial data.
Chris spearheads our Innovation program, driving the adoption of industry-leading tools and technologies that enable our teams to work smarter and more efficiently—allowing us to stay ahead of industry trends and enhancing the value we deliver to clients.
Punam is responsible for ensuring the seamless day-to-day progress of our projects, taking a lead role in managing schedules and budgets. Fostering strong relationships with our partners through timely, transparent communication, she supports project success from start to finish.
Chris leads a team of project superintendents who manage complex construction activities on-site—including site logistics, resource allocation, workforce training, inspections, scheduling, and ongoing maintenance—ensuring projects run safely, smoothly, and efficiently.
Paul directs our Quality Control (QC) program, ensuring that work performed by our teams and trade partners meets the highest standards across all projects. Together with his QC team, Paul ensures that deficiency-free homes are delivered to happy homeowners.
Champston owns relationships with a key group of developer clients, guiding their projects from pre-construction through to completion. He provides strategic leadership across all project phases and project teams, accountable for seamless execution and delivery of a high-quality final product.
Nash leads tenant improvements and purpose-built projects within our Special Projects Group. Managing acquisition, feasibility, budgets, schedules, and contracts, he works closely with our clients to ensure seamless delivery and keeps construction on track from start to finish.
As our in-house Learning & Development (L&D) lead, Hollie drives employee growth by designing and delivering custom learning and training programs. Hollie’s work strengthens professional skills and supports long-term career development across all levels of the organization.
