This two-tower mixed-use development is Axiom Builders' largest contract to date in Alberta.
Built where the historic Alberta Boot Company once stood, the project includes a 33-storey hotel with 390 suites, a 36-storey residential tower with 300 rental units, and 7,000 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail space. The towers are connected seamlessly by a suspended corridor that features a 10,000 sq. ft. conference centre and amenities.
