Strand’s new head office, located within 320 Granville, occupies an entire floor, totalling 9,400 sq. ft.
The custom office features an open-concept layout, exposed ceilings, executive offices, private boardrooms, and high-end finishes, consisting of Falk-built office systems, millwork, stone portals, plaster surfaces, and various floor finishes, including polished concrete.

Completed 2023An in-depth pre-construction process was critical to the success of this project. Our Special Projects team collaborated with the designers, consultants, and trades to meet the project requirements, including specific finish quality expectations and overall office functionality. The project was on a fast-tracked timeline with hard tenant move-in and move-out dates. Supply chain management, early procurement of long-lead items, and alternative finish solutions helped maintain the project budget and schedule.
