This stand-alone discovery centre was built to welcome new homeowners to SEAandSKY, a 53-acre masterplan community offering over 1,500 new homes in a mix of townhomes, rental apartments, and condos.

Completed 2018Designed by Ekistics Architecture and Insight Design Group, the single-storey building is constructed of seamless metal cladding, static glazing, and cedar panelling to complement the surrounding landscape. Large A-Frame windows emphasize the location’s proximity to the mountains and the development’s connection to nature.
Inside, guests are welcomed by a grand front desk that leads into a spacious open sales floor featuring a unique custom light fixture, shaped like the Chief, suspended from the ceiling. In addition, the discovery centre comprises private sales offices, a vast landscaped outdoor space, and an accompanying model block to showcase the various townhome layouts.
