The Creek comprises three six-storey apartment buildings with 328 new below-market, affordable rental homes in partnership between BC Housing, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation(CMHC), EDGAR Development, the City of Port Moody, M’akola Housing Society, and the EntreNous Femmes Housing Society.
Umbra, by EDGAR Development, offers a collection of market three-bedroom townhomes as well as one- and two-bedroom suites, totalling 219 new homes. The six-storey development seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, featuring communal gardens and outdoor amenities at the center of the development.
The Joinery consists of two wood-frame rental buildings—one five-storey and one six-storey, with a combined total of 138 units.
