PARKWAY Connect, completed in 2025, is the first purpose-built rental tower in the four-tower master-planned community. The 52-storey tower offers pet-friendly studio, one- and two-bedroom units complete with expansive balconies and over 9,000 sq. ft. of exclusive amenities for residents to enjoy.

At the heart of the community stands a striking two-storey mass timber and steel frame resident amenity centre. At over 17,000 sq. ft., PARKWAY House will hold an abundance of amenities to support all activities, including a half-court gymnasium, fitness centre, yoga studio, workshop, coworking and social spaces, and a wellness spa with a sauna and steam room.
