Georgia Point & Oakwood, formerly known as UBC Lot 11, is a residential development that offers 179 homes in the newly developed Wesbrook Place community at the University of British Columbia.

Designed by ZGF Architects, the development includes a concrete rental building and wood-frame purpose-built townhomes available exclusively to students, faculty,  campus staff, and businesses located on the UBC campus.

Georgia Point is a student rental building that stands 14 storeys tall, comprising 159 units, two levels of underground parking, an outdoor patio, and a multi-purpose living room.

Oakwood comprises twelve 3-storey rental townhomes offering spacious living with an expansive 4-bedroom floor plan. Built for privacy, the townhomes come with their own private entrance, personal outdoor patio space, and direct access to underground parking.
